"We were initially told that my wife’s back pain treatment would take 45 days and cost ₹20,000, with an expectation of significant relief. After paying ₹10,000 and completing around 23 days, there was no meaningful improvement. When we raised this, the doctor responded evasively, saying “this is how things are done here,” while repeating that results would be seen after 45 days. after complete course. Hoping for improvement, we paid ₹5,000 more and continued treatment for another 10–13 days, but even after 30–35 days, there was still less improvement proportionate to the duration and cost. Instead of reviewing the treatment plan or taking responsibility, it appeared that the treatment duration would simply keep getting extended. The overall experience felt like treatment was deliberately prolonged to extract more money, and when questioned, the doctor’s attitude became dismissive and evasive. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone seeking effective back pain treatment."
